Michael Batshaw is a New York City based psychotherapist and nationally recognized relationship expert. Mr. Batshaw is a featured relationship authority for Psychology Today where he writes a blog for their website entitled, Before you get Engaged: Questions to contemplate if you are thinking of marriage. In addition to Psychology Today, his expertise on a variety of relationship issues has been featured in Redbook Magazine, Encore Magazine, among others. Mr. Batshaw graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with honors in Philosophy, completed his Masters of Science in Social Work at Columbia University, and did his post-graduate training at the Gestallt Associates for Psychotherapy.
