Robert Silverman, MD, MS is an attending emergency physician at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York. He is also Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY and Hofstra University, North Shore Long Island School of Medicine. Dr. Silverman’s interests include screening for diagnoses diabetes in the acute care setting, asthma and improving influenza vaccination rates during pregnancy, among other things.
