Topic Info
Cervical cancer is one of the most common female reproductive cancers in the United States. But it is also the most preventable. Despite this, nearly 12,000 women will be diagnosed with cervical cancer this year. In honor of National Cervical Health Month, a group of oncologists challenge women to take charge of their reproductive health and get screened for this largely preventable disease. Dr Debra Freeman M.D., comes on the show to discuss the best ways to reduce your risk of developing cervical cancer.
