Ms. Gluskin has held this senior position with Generex since its inception. Within this capacity, Ms. Gluskin plans, co-ordinates and manages the business activities and provides technical leadership throughout the Generex's product programs. Much of Ms. Gluskin's time is spent seeking new opportunities where Generex's platform technology may effectively be utilized. She has served as chairman since November 2002, president and chief executive officer since October 1997, and director since September 1997. She also held comparable positions with Generex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from its inception in 1995 until it was acquired by Generex in October 1997. Ms. Gluskin holds a Masters degree in Microbiology and Genetics from Moscow State University.
