She has a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Sociology and Journalism from Virginia Wesleyan College and a Masters of Counseling degree from Union Theological Seminary. Her articles on womens health and infertility have appeared in dozens of both online and print resources, including MD News, Massage Therapy Today, Family Building Magazine, She is a member of the American Medical Writers Association, the Association of Health care Journalists and is the featured blogger at How to Make a Family: Baby-Making from Every Conceivable Angle.
