Under Faye’s leadership, Sacred Heart Hospital has become one of western Wisconsin’s leading hospitals with key tertiary care services and the ninth largest employer in the region with more than 1,300 employees and over 250 partnered physicians. She provided leadership that pushed the hospital to higher quality accomplishments and assisted in winning the Wisconsin Forward Award (Mastery Level) (the Wisconsin state version of the Malcolm Baldrige Award). During her leadership, the hospital also won the 2008 Practice Greenhealth Environmental Leadership Award and was inducted into the Environmental Leadership Circle. Faye helped institute the hospital’s robust system of leadership development, employee reward and recognition and inspired staff excellence that resulted in Sacred Heart scoring in the top 1% in the nation for inpatient satisfaction receiving the Press Ganey Summit Award. Prior to her role as COO, she was the Chief Nursing Officer at Sacred Heart. Faye serves as a member of the Wisconsin Hospital Association Board of Directors and served as President of the Wisconsin Organization of Nurse Executives.
