Laura Baylor has a MA in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently, she is a community college physical education teacher and holds the ACSM Health and Fitness Specialist certification. She is co-author of the book, Mindful Makeover for Moms. She lives with her daughter and husband in Mills River, NC.
