He has an ATP(Assistive Technology Supplier) certification by RESNA. Carroll also works closely with Texas state associations to increase awareness to congressmen to allow all upstanding providers the ability to provide to our own population.Carroll is well versed in all aspects of operation of a Rehab DME company that provides product lines as a service to our local customers.
