She has been with Memorial since 1999. In 2001, she received registered nurse certification and joined the NICU transport team. In 2003, she trained to become a Neonatal Resuscitation Program instructor. She cross-trained two years later in Labor & Delivery, and occasionally helps out in the LDRP unit.
