Dr. Jeffrey Ross, DPM, is an Associate Clinical Professor at the Baylor College of Medicine, chief of the Diabetic Foot Clinic at the Quentin Meese County Hospital in Houston, and a board-certified podiatric surgeon. He is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine, and podiatric sports medicine (Past President American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine) Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Ross co-chairs the Texas Governor's Advisory Council on Physical Fitness, is the vice chair of the Texas Department of State Health Services Council, is a member of the Texas School Health Advisory Council, and is a member of the Texas Obesity Task Force. Dr. Ross is an international speaker on sports medicine topics, and he is a contributing writer to Runner's World, Houston Health and Fitness and Inside Texas Running. He has run 25 marathons and dozens of half marathons and and triathlons over the past 30 years, and he is a competitive masters alpine ski racer.
