Guest Info Amber Phelps is a Health Program Specialist for the Central Missouri Regional Arthritis Center. As program coordinator since 2007, Amber coordinates evidence-based programs and leader trainings in a 24-county service area. Ms. Phelps is a Master Trainer for the Chronic Disease Self Management Program, Arthritis Foundation Self Help Program and Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program. Her previous experience includes working as a Training and Development Coordinator at University of Missouri Healthcare from 2004-2007 and as a Fitness Instructor at The Health Connection since 2000.
