Group Exercise
Topic Info
Think of group exercise as fast food (Fast Food Fitness). When you look at a fast food menu, you know you will be delivered a meal that is prepared for you and fast. For many participants, group fitness is the ONLY component of their fitness diet. For others, they may supplement group fitness classes with other activities (such as running, walking or strength training). Grace DeSimone joins Melanie Cole M.S. to help listeners decide how to choose a class and how to create a balanced diet from a group fitness schedule.
